Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate is efficient, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with spreadsheets, online tools, and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into company systems and databases from various sources (invoices, forms, surveys, etc.)
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Perform routine data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Assist with organizing and filing digital documents
- Generate simple reports as required by management
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve data inconsistencies
- Follow company procedures and maintain data entry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer usage
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other data management systems
- Experience working in a remote or digital team environment
- Fast learner and adaptable to new tools and software
